Booking with Policies
ONLY PERSONS BEING SERVICED ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE SALON. NO EXTRA PERSONS OR CHILDREN AS TO ALLOW LIMITED OCCUPANCY INSIDE THE SALON.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please do not visit us at this time:
*Cough
*Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
*Fever
*Sore throat
*New loss of taste or smell
*Allergy-like symptoms(sneezing,runny nose, etc.)
Children
Although we love our little visitors, at this time we are limiting the number of people in our salon. We ask that you please don't bring small children or any extra persons not getting a scheduled service. Only persons who are getting serviced on their designated appointment time will be allowed in our salon. Please plan accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
4 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 4 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. "Late to your appointment" will cause you to be serviced as a walk-in as serviced by another available team member if applicable. Out of respect and consideration to our team members and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
